Dates: July 6 – July 11

The camps schedule is designed to be rigorous to ensure that the campers get the most out of their time here. However, the camp will also provide a generous amount of leisure time to find the balance of “train hard; recover harder”.

Thursday, July 6:

Morning: All riders to be dropped off at “team housing”. The morning will be designated for getting bikes ready to ride, and getting campers settled in their rooms.

Afternoon: Introductions, lunch and group ride.

Evening: Camp overview and rules. Mechanical clinic to ensure bikes are ready for remainder of camp.

July 7-10 Daily Schedule: 

7:30 AM: Wake up – Breakfast

9:00 AM: Morning run

10:00 AM: Morning Session (riding trails, hot-laps, mini-races)

1:00 PM: Lunch / Leisure time

3:00 PM: Afternoon Session (skills practice) + swimming

6:00 PM: Dinner

7:30 PM:  Evening Discussion / Classroom Session on topics such as:

  • Nutrition
  • Race-day Schedule
  • Bike-fit
  • Mechanics (with session hosted by professional mechanic)
  • Body Maintenance
  • Social Media / Sponsorship
  • Sports Psychology and Mental Health (with session hosted by Dr. Kristin Keim)

+ Core/Foam Rolling time

9:30 PM: Lights out!

Tuesday, July 11: Campers depart! Todays schedule will be designed to accommodate the riders and parents pick-up schedule once registration closes.

Note to parents: The camp technically starts on Thursday, the 6th of July. If this is a problem and it would be easier to drop your camper off on the 5th, please contact me. Housing will be available the day before the camp starts and special accommodations can be made. However, the camp will not begin until the morning of the 6th.
